SGS College is proud to announce that its Male Rugby Programme has been selected to represent England at the prestigious 2025 World Rugby Tournament in Fukuoka City, Japan. Taking place from April 28 to May 2, the tournament will bring together the world’s top youth rugby teams in a celebration of talent, sportsmanship, and international collaboration.

This milestone follows the success of the College’s Female Rugby Programme, which attended the same tournament in 2024, showcasing SGS’s commitment to excellence on the global rugby stage.

A Global Stage for Rising Talent
The 2025 World Rugby Tournament, one of the most respected youth rugby competitions globally, provides young athletes with a rare opportunity to compete at the highest level while engaging in cultural exchange and fostering international understanding. The tournament gathers teams from over 20 countries, emphasizing sportsmanship, leadership, and cross-cultural camaraderie.

In addition to intense on-field competition, the event offers valuable off-field activities aimed at building international friendships and personal growth.
